Thanks for the specifics on format. I can look into this issue further now. If anyone can tell me what other formats they are using that causes NO sound in HD, that would be helpful. I need the video AND audio types used. (i.e. For Example: WMV w/MP3)
Re-uploaded with HD Sound working, please wait until the video is full loaded for get the sound before play.
After many test by changing audio and video format I finally found where was the main problem.
.mkv with AAC or AC3 audio isn't supported in HD (at least to my side) so I am now uploading as .mp4 with AAC audio.
