In the Lore I did establish that the people of the Emirate are not truly black in the way we see in reality. While they're all dark (it is mostly desert after all) their hair, eyes and other features are still quite varied. In this girl's case she's a redhead. With big hair. I don't often do big hair because it usually causes problems, but this just looked too good on her to pass up.
