Not sure if this solves your problem, but I used a program called SMRecorder to screen capture this. Its free and fairly easy to use. I just captured part of the screen to try and make the thing run smoothly, but its still a bit jerky. I probably need a better computor.

I have been trying to figure out how to upload video I can use from this program, I have looked at video encoders to fix my problem but I can't get it to were I can put it in my edit software to were I can edit it and upload it any ideas?
